Simply the best

Flat is very nice, cozy, clean, equipped with everything you need. It is located in the center of lovely town, near to bakery, cafés, restaurant and town supermarkets. There is absolutely all you need. Host prepared us even a bottle of lovely apple juice for kids, bottle of water and nice Italian coffee. We were offered even free transport passes, which we used for Mendola Funicular (we wanted to walk as much as possible and due to our short stay we use it only 1x)

Friendly, great location, clean and attractive decore.

The location was perfect. It was quiet, clean and attractive. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

There could have been more kitchen equipment - no dish to heat things in the oven. In Australia, we would expect to have tea & coffee provided, also soap & shampoo .

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung - total freundliche Vermieter

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Eine liebevolle Ausstattung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral im Ortskern. Der gepflegte dazugehörige Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Lautstärke des Straßenlärms war ab 5.00Uhr Morgens sehr hoch. Aufgrund unserer Reisezeit konnten wir morgens die Fenster schließen. In den Sommermonaten, bei höheren Temperaturen, könnte das ein Manko für diese Unterkunft sein.

Mitten in Kaltern eine sehr schöne und erholsame Ferienwohnung

Mitten im Ort Kaltern in der Nähe des Marktplatzes haben wir 2 Wochen die in einem alten Gebäude sehr angemessen ausgebaute Ferienwohnung genossen. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, war a) die voll ausgestattete Küche (insbesondere Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), b) das bequeme Bett c) ausreichend Platz in der Küche, im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer, d) die Gästekarten, die uns ermöglichten, das Auto während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht zu benutzen weil wir alles, was wir unternehmen wollten, mit dem Bus bzw. der Seilbahn erreichen konnten, e) der gesonderte und durch ein Tor abgetrennte Stellplatz für das Auto, f) dass alles für den täglichen Gebrauch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar war und nicht zuletzt g) die sehr freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieterin. Für uns wieder eine Option, falls wir Kaltern wieder besuchen möchten und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis noch passt.

Uns hat alles sehr gefallen und es gibt grundsätzlich keine Anmerkungen hierzu. Eine Kleinigkeit war, dass uns die Barhocker als einzige Sitzmöglichkeit in der Küche für längeres Sitzen zu unbequem waren.

Das einzige, das allenfalls bemängelt werden könnte, ist, dass man ziemlich gut hört, wenn jemand im Treppenhaus ist und die Tür öffnet bzw. schliesst.

Meraviglioso soggiorno

Appartamento pulito, caldo e accogliente dotato di tutto ottimo anche per soggiorni lunghi, proprietari disponibili. Posizione ottima al centro del piccolo Caldaro e parcheggio privato ottimo visto che nei dintorni non si trova e sono tutti a pagamento. Qualità prezzo ottimo ritornerei sicuramente
