This property was truly amazing from start to finish! The stunning country mountainside location, the breathtaking views all around, brand new, modern, beautifully decorated facilities/amenities, and the lovely and attentive hosts, Magdalena and Peter all exceeded our already high expectations. It was our first time in South Tyrol and we fell in love instantly. We will be back (hopefully) soon for a longer stay and will most certainly stay here again! It was right out of a story book!

Wonderful experience with a stunning view

It was truly a wonderful experience and thanks to the family running this place, we felt in love with South Tyrol and Eppan area specifically. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the owner is super nice, helpful and responsive. Consider all the attention to details - from orchids and plants in the flat to organic shower gel and body cream, and you definitely would not like to leave this place - like we did. I also got some delicious surprise for mh birthday breakfast - that was a delight 🙂

The best things about the property had to be the apartment itself which was fully equipped with everything we needed on top of which the location was simply perfect, with the most wonderful views from every angle

Lovely stay in a modern apartment

Clean, new, well-equipped and spacious apartment, it was perfect for our family of 3! The property is kid friendly, our 3 year old was kept occupied with the toys, rabbits and chickens on site. The complimentary apple juice was a lovely touch. Local produce (eggs, homemade jam, apple juice, wine) could be purchased at reasonable prices.

If some additional amenities like dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower cream could be provided, that would make it perfect!

Location is amazing. Breakfast that you could order was amazing. Homemade wine to purchase was amazing. LOVED our stay here and wish we had more time. Protip: getting around by car here is best.

Great, nice, spacious apartament, Very clean with pretty and new furnitures. Our kitchen was well equipped and well lit. You can sit outside in a small garden, drink your coffee and look at tremendous, beautiful mountains. Good location, the private parking are also important conveniences I truly recommend!

Čudovita lokacija s prelepim razgledom, dobro izhodišče za izlete proti Dolomitom in prelaz Stelvio. Apartma je udobno velik, čist, lepo opremljen, postelje zelo udobne, najbolj veseli pa smo bili sprostitve v bazenu na vrtu.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Super Lage in Monte-oberhalb von St. Michael. Sehr sympathische Familie-jederzeit erreichbar. Die Gartenwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, 2 Flachbild TV, sehr gutes WLAN. Whirlpool perfekt auch bei warmen Wetter nutzbar. Der neue Salzwasser Pool ist traumhaft. Liegen direkt am Pool. Im Weinkeller ausreichend Wein und Apfelsaft vorhanden. Einfach nehmen und aufschreiben. Wir waren total begeistert und kommen sicher bald wieder!

Posizione vicino alla città di Bolzano, da qui si possono raggiungere velocemente le località turistiche e le piste per sciare. Appartamento di generose dimensioni, come nuovo, comodo parcheggio. Presente la sauna ed una cantina dove poter acquistare vini e marmellate. In fase di realizzazione una piscina esterna. Posto consigliatissimo.
