excellent quality accommodation in Sud Tyrol. Exceptional build quality and comfort throughout the Villa. It has a very wholesome authentic feel to the property thanks to the lovely family that run it. The views were absolutely incredible which only added to the enjoyment of our stay. Luxurious comfortable apartment, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very very clean, lots of facilities including unlimited filtered mineral water, local fruits and homemade lagrein. But above all excellent hosts. Very genuine, sincere and hard working too! Anita was incredibly kind and helpful so we really enjoyed our stay with her and her family, many thanks!

Best rural wine area stay around bolzano

Modern european stay with nice balcony and great views. Very helpful people and kitchenette were good help. It is like in a small wine area.

Excellent!

Excellent and extremely comfortable apartments in Appiano with brilliant views of the landscape. 20 minutes walk to cozy cities San Michele and San Paolo with shops and restaurants. Very good for hiking and biking. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Super Ausblick vom grosszügigen Balkon auf die Dolomiten, Alpen und das Tal mit Bozen, wir haben das total genossen. Sehr modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtetes Appartement mit allem, was man benötigt. Alles super sauber. Brötchenservice und andere kleine Dinge aus eigenem Anbau versüßen das Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir werden wiederkommen, da die Gegend viele Ausflugsziele bietet.

Der Pool war nach Nutzung durch einige Kinder etwas verschmutzt / es schwammen einige Dinge darin herum. Wir hätten uns eine Reinigung spätestens am nächsten Morgen gewünscht.

Prachtig en stijlvol appartement waar het ons aan niets ontbrak. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie ligging en prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon en op loopafstand leuke dorpjes.

Prachtig appartement op een zeer goede locatie

We kregen een zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Wij hadden ontbijt gevraagd omdat we hier voor een tussenstop waren wel zo makkelijk. Het ontbijt was echt heerlijk. Als je hier langer verblijft is er een goede uitgeruste keuken. Er is een filter koffie apparaat. Het was ontzettend schoon en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Zelfs de slaapbank was goed. Zwembad is niet groot en een beetje koud maar voor onze twee jongens echt perfect. Het uitzicht is prachtig en je kunt de omgeving verkennen met een gratis pas voor de bus en gondels. Je kon de auto beneden parkeren en de bus naar Bolzano nemen. Daar kon je met de gondel om de hoger gelegen dorpen te verkennen met het smalspoortreintje (aanrader) en een prachtige hike naar de aardpiramides maken. ‘s avonds zijn we naar beneden gelopen het dorp in om te eten. Er zijn een paar leuke restaurants en de dorpjes zijn heel sfeervol.

Herrliche 7 Tage im Südtiroler Frühling

Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit großem Balkon ( wir hatten Appartment Schwarzholz)mit toller Sicht auf Weinberge und Schloss Freudenstein in der Nachbarschaft.

Сподобалось абсолютно все. Місце ідеальне для відпочинку. Персонал просто супер. Дівчата дуже привітливі і дуже сильно допомагали. Номери ідеальні. Гарний новий ремонт. Все дуже чисто, продумано. Є все що необхідно для приготування їжі. Дуже гарне місце розташування із захоплюючими пейзажами.
