Beautiful rooms, there were 4 of us so we had 2 double rooms with the adjoining kitchen area. I think you maybe share the kitchen area with others if you weren't using both rooms. Very comfy beds, clean bathroom, HUGE balcony. MASSIVE breakfast included. Manager will take you to beach in his tuktuk for cheap rate.

The manager (owner's brother) gave off creepy vibes - he took photos of us without asking at breakfast time, not sure what these were for but it felt uncomfortable, he also hung around whilst we were eating so we couldn't relax. On the final day the attitude swiftly changed from "couldn't do enough for you" to almost feeling kicked out (two hours before check out time) as he had apparently forgotten he had someone checking in and they were waiting outside so they came in cleaning all around me whilst I ate breakfast...the people who were apparently waiting were then shown to the room next door. The 10pm curfew is very early and one night due to issues in the restaurant we literally ran back as we were so worried we'd be locked out. Even 11pm or maybe a keypad/fob entry would be better moving forward

I think this place deserves more reviews than it has now. First of all you should know that it is newly built, furniture and electronics working perfectly. The family room that we used to stay has two bedrooms and a kitchen. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are fitted with mosquito nets, but actually no need because we did not have mosquitos at all. Fans above the bed make it easy to sleep without aircondition on. We stayed with our children and fans did very good job. Location is perfect for us, as it is on the main road but inside so very quite. Walking distance to beach is 10 minutes, to main restaurants street 3 minutes. Grocery stores, ATM is next to this place. This residence is open till 22:00 evening, it is the rule of owner that we always keep. Even if something urgent needed owner lives the next door. Breakfast is very good, it is served right into the family room. Tea/coffee + pan cakes + eggs or omlette+ fruits or yoghurt+ toast bread+ butter+jam. The time of breakfast you choose yourself. Cleaning is once in 3 days. Towels may be changed if needed. The laundry is next door. Separately about the host. Nelum is very nice person which always is ready to help. He has tuk tuk so it was very convenient to get anywhere we want. He helped us a lot, also arranged airport drop off. And all of this is cheaper than the tuk tuk you take from the road. I highly recommend this place, my family had a good time here. Thanks Nelum!

Локация апартаментов отличная, находятся рядом с оживленной улицей, где легко можно поймать тук-тук. До главной туристической улицы с ресторанами пешком 5-7 минут. До пляжа Унаватуна где-то минут 15 пешком. Сама вилла новая, работает несколько месяцев. Очень дружелюбный персонал, организовали нам комфортабельный, выгодный по цене трансфер, во всем помогали, старались сделать наше проживание максимально комфортным. Отдельное спасибо Nelum, он очень нам помогал и всегда был на позитиве. Завтрак включал яичницу, тосты с джемом и маслом, фрукты, кофе, иногда блинчики и йогурт. Вкусный, но однообразный (судя по всему так везде). Номера достаточно комфортабельные, с кондиционером и вентилятором. За данную стоимость очень хороший вариант.

Туалет с душем совмещен и полы долго мокрые после принятия душа. Хотелось бы перегородку, либо водосгон. Были муравьи, но не критично. Ворота закрывали на замок в 10 вечера, что не очень удобно, так как многие экскурсии здесь начинаются в 3-5 утра. Нет регулярной уборки. Местами слабоват Wi-Fi.
