Loved our stay at the villa would love to stay again if we are in the area.
We had a scooter to get around on lots to see in the area Tuk Tuk’s are easy to find also

Very big villa for a plenty space for 6-8 people. Great pool, nice fans and air conditioning.
Good facilities and nice wild nature around villa.
Location is good and it's not on the other hand. This is quiet place 5 km from Unawatuna center (10 min on tuk-tuk). Should consider where to eat and spent time on beach.
Location is far from most of places to walk, to eat, to swim. Turtle beach is easy to reach by 10-15 min walk, Unawatuna beach is far, Jungle beach is very far.

The property was large and the house was great! Fully equipped kitchen! The property requires your own transportation to get around which was fine for us. Clean and tidy. The family are wonderful and inviting, also living on the property! We had as many as 6 peacocks on the property at once!
