had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great AC—perfect after a long day out. The location is also ideal, just a short distance from Unawatuna Beach. What really made the experience special, though, was the hospitality. The host’s father was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. That personal touch made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The common area were also very nice but not always clean.

There was an issue with timing of breakfast, so I said Ok not problem just reimburse the cost, he only agreed to about 60%, I agreed but then I had to remind him multiple times, finally last day he tells me he is out-of-town... He did have a friend get me the cash. After all this, he asks me to cancel my reservation with booking.com so he doesn't have to pay commission. I paid the full "bookings" rate but he doesn't want to. Basically great spot but dishonest and unprofessional owner that ruined my impression. His wife by the way was great, it's really too bad.
