Well located close to restaurants and the beach. exceptional and beautiful garden. Historic building. Spacious bedrooms, clean bedrooms and bathrooms with hairdryers. Well stocked kitchen with many pots, pans, utensils and crockery, with kettle, toaster, blender, full stove and oven and a microwave and large fridge with freezer and everything worked. Good washing machine. Mostly friendly and helpful staff.

No airconditioning in the open lounge and kitchen in the apartment. They did have fans. The lounge area had vents that were open to the outside, so it was difficult to keep mosquitoes out. Some flyscreens or an air conditioner in this open plan area would make this an exceptional apartment. Most of the kitchen items were clean but some items such as chopping boards were not. There was a broken latch to the outside laundry space which was open to outside with no protection from mosquitoes, which is accessed from a bedroom. The door to the washing machine opened every time the bedroom door opened or closed. We had an indifferent welcome, with no one at the desk when we arrived. The person who filled in, was in a bad mood, was mostly interested in securing payment upfront and did not show us around the apartment or explained how anything worked, although she did organise someone to assist with baggage. I had to enquire as to whether we would be given a key after we had moved in to the apartment as there was no explanation about it or that it was already in the apartment. No toiletries provided in the bathrooms, only one smaller than usual soap per bathroom.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious and clean. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The location was excellent with only a short walk to the beach and lots of eating places close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
