We had a wonderful stay! The host and the whole family were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were always thoughtful and did their best to meet all of our requests, which made us feel truly taken care of. Communication was easy and they were very considerate throughout our stay. One of the sweetest highlights was that they even took us to see little sea turtles — such a special experience we’ll never forget. Thank you for your warmth and generosity. Highly recommended, and we would love to come back!

Tera’s place was honestly worth every cent we paid. Great sized rooms with private bathrooms and AC’s (which you definitely need). Made us breaky both mornings which was delightful and was super polite and helpful. Showed us a sneaky way to the beach as well!

After traveling around Sri Lanka for almost two months, we ended up staying here at Tera place. It turned out to be the best decision we made on the entire trip. Everything here is completely new, clean, and well maintained. The bathroom has hot water and good water pressure, no problems washing your hair here. You can do your laundry and prepare your own meals in the kitchen if you like. Terance treats you to a fantastic Sri Lankan breakfast. The location is excellent, within walking distance of two beautiful beaches and many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much that when our time here was coming to an end, we booked an additional week. We highly recommend this place. If we ever return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay here again.

Not one of us wanted to leave. But this time we just had to. Our journey in Sri Lanka had come to an end.
