It was nice and comfortable, close to the port, and shopping.

The place was simple and comfortable.

The host was not on site I had to call him and wait for him to come to let us in.

20 min walk from Central Train Station. Supermarket very close. Good restaurants close enough. Having a washing machine was great. Good air con. Shared kitchen worked fine.

Bed only 3/4 size - wider would be better. Very busy road on hill, with associated traffic noise.

Fabulous value for money and helpful owner

The room was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a brief overnight stop in the city. The shower was hot, the air conditioning was cool and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a TV in the room but we didn’t use it and kitchen facilities that again we didn’t use. It is a 15 minute walk to the main train station or just 5 minutes to the Metro station. As said in other reviews there is traffic noise from the road but it wasn’t that bad and certainly didn’t affect our sleep. The owner was friendly and helpful and arranged for us to check in late which was so helpful to us. He then messaged a couple of times to make sure everything was ok which was appreciated. Fabulous value for money if you don’t mind being slightly away from the centre which worked for us.

Ich war Gast in diesem Hotel in Italien. Leider habe ich eine sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht. Ich habe meine AirPods neben dem Bett liegen lassen. Drei Minuten nachdem ich das Zimmer verlassen hatte, habe ich es bemerkt und sofort den Besitzer angerufen. Er sagte, er sei nicht zu Hause und würde später nachsehen. Am nächsten Tag wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich keine AirPods im Zimmer befinden. Ich bin mir jedoch zu 100 % sicher, dass ich sie dort neben dem Bett abgelegt habe. Für mich ist die Situation sehr enttäuschend, da ich direkt angerufen habe und das Zimmer in dieser kurzen Zeit vermutlich nicht von anderen Gästen betreten wurde. Zusätzlich verfügt das Hotel über keine eigenen Parkplätze, was die Anreise erschwert. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Stranamente Abbiamo trovato le finestre aperte in pieno inverno, abbiamo capito il perché. Dal bagno usciva fuori una puzza di fognatura incredibile. Niente acqua callda. Non lo consiglio. Abbiamo Contattato l'host,a ci ha risposto che lui non poteva farci nulla poiché lui era semplicemente l' host e non il responsabile. Bocciato sia l'host sia la struttura.

2 GIORNI A GENOVA TOP

Ci è piaciuta la posizione, ottima,con il parcheggio del supermercato vicino che sinceramente non è da sottovalutare per chi è in auto.La struttura è molto carina ed accogliente,ci siamo sentiti a casa.E infine,non per importanza,il personale gentilissimo, disponibile e subito pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande.Grazie, parleremo sicuramente bene di voi!!!! Grazie ancora per aver reso questi nostri due giorni ancora più perfetti😉

Sinceramente l unica ma davvero l unica pecca,se possiamo permetterci,come consiglio costruttivo,in bagno gli scarichi hanno un po' di cattivo odore,e non c era shampoo e poco bagnoschiuma.Questo non toglie comunque il nostro pensiero positivo sul nostro soggiorno.Crediamo sia giusto dire proprio quello che pensiamo, tutto qui!

La posizione. Senz’altro strategica e ben servita

Impossibile da trovare il bb. Anche tenendo maps aperto. C’è tantissima confusione Il titolare della struttura dovrebbe fornire da subito (non su richiesta di chi soggiorna e quindi di chi si trova poi in difficoltà) le giuste indicazioni per trovare l’alloggio senza disagio o difficoltà alcuna. Basta dare come riferimento il ristorante cinese UNIKA posizionato di fronte alla palazzina dove sono ubicate le stanze. Tutto qui

Schwer zu beurteilen nach nur einer Nacht . War erstaunlich leise obwohl an der Hauptstraße. Wohnung nicht weit von Fährhafen entfernt, Parkmöglichkeiten um die Ecke (Supermarkt)

Angeblich haben wir das größte Zimmer bekommen und da stellt es uns die Frage wie sehen die kleine Zimmer aus 😉

es war ein. super Platz, Metro quasi vor der Türe für die Innenstadt, nett ordentlich, leckerer Kaffe supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke, 12 Minuten laufen zum CheckIn der Fähre. Nur bedenke, die Hausnummern der Geschäfte sind unterschiedlich zu Wohnungen, die erste Nr 26 ist ein Geschäft, 50 meter weiter hoch kommt die Nr 26 als Wohnhaus. Era un posto fantastico, la metropolitana per il centro città è praticamente a due passi, è carino e ordinato, c'è una deliziosa caffetteria nell apartamento., un supermercato e un panificio dietro l'angolo, e il check-in del traghetto è a 12 minuti a piedi. Ricordatevi che i numeri civici dei negozi sono diversi da quelli degli appartamenti. Il primo, il numero 26, è un negozio, e 50 metri più avanti, il numero 26 è un edificio residenziale. Chambre jolie, climatisé

Nous avons réservé une nuit dans un petit hôtel, mais l’expérience a été très décevante. Le propriétaire nous harcelait de messages pleins de “??????” pour qu’on réponde immédiatement, uniquement pour connaître notre heure d’arrivée précise car il disait qu’il travaillait ensuite. Finalement, à notre arrivée, il n’était même plus à l’hôtel. Il nous a simplement dit qu’il se trouvait dans un bar à 5 km de là. Nous avons donc dû faire tout ce trajet pour récupérer les clés, et une fois sur place, il était juste en train de fumer une chicha… Le quartier est franchement peu rassurant, on n’a pas osé sortir la nuit. En plus, il nous avait très mal indiqué l’emplacement de la chambre. Le lendemain, il nous a demandé une “taxe de séjour” en espèces, non annoncée à la réservation , ce qui est illégal. La chambre en elle-même était “sympa”, mais sale. Et pour deux personnes, on s’est retrouvé avec un lit une place , autant dire qu’on a dormi bien serrés

Aucun personnel ni a l'accueil ni au départ, nous ne savions pas comment faire, heureusement il y avait des clients qui nous ont dit d'aller récupérer les clés au restaurant d'en face . La climatisation ne fonctionne pas 29 degrés dans la chambre, la chambre donne sur la rue très passante et bruyante ( camion , scooter, container a bouteille vidé la nuit)

Limpieza, disponibilidad del anfitrión, relativa facilidad para aparcar en calles proximas. Espacio común de comidas bien surtido de instalaciones y todo lo necesario en cocina.

Junto a calle muy ruidosa, si bien es cierto que de noche no había tanto tráfico. Cama de matrimonio algo estrecha, creo que de 1,20.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo (uno dei meno cari di Genova)

Le camere sono lato strada e gli infissi non dei più performanti dunque si sente molto il rumore della via Venezia che è molto frequentata anche da camion. Ma diciamo che per quel prezzo non possiamo avere tutto perfetto!
