Rooms like this can make traveling very affordable. This was the most charming little place with a view out the window over Via Settembre. Finding it with Google Maps was a little bit of a challenge as it gets you to the right spot but needs a little fine tuning in the description. But once you find it is well worth it. It’s a little James Bondish in its method of access with its large wooden doors, marble steps and man sized elevator which makes it all the more clever. And they use keys, not plastic cards. Clean and clever. I highly recommend. Just a note if you are renting a car or traveling by motorcycle the secure garage parking is about 30 euros a day. But if you are in and out during the day it is about 20 for overnight only. Also this particular garage locks up at 12 am and opens at 8am so if you need your vehicle before 8am you might need to consider this. It worked out perfect for me.

The location of the property was great, right on a large street in the city center. Once you get to the big front door to the property on the street, you'll have to ring the doorbell for the specific complex. The staff may not be present on site, so you'll have to call them and they'll walk over in 5-10 minutes to open the doors and show you your room. Please note that the property is unique in set up in that it is 4? separate rooms connected to a shared bathroom. The rooms are exactly as pictured and was sufficient. For the price, we were very happy with the amenities and didn't mind sharing with other guests the bathroom. Overall, would recommend if you have a short stay and are on a budget.

Alessia is a fantastic host! We ended up checking in a bit late, but she met us with a smile and presented us with a spot free apartment. The cleanliness was immaculate both inside and out, and the outdoors area is a different level than we have experienced at much more expensive hotels.
The view from the deluxe room is incredible!
Will definitely stay again!
