Sehr gute Lage. Alles sauber und super Blick (auch auf eine Riesen Baustelle was aber nicht zu vermeiden ist) trotzdem sehr leise wenn alles zu ist

L'appartement est superbement décoré ; le confort y est présent ! Il est correctement équipé. Très bien situé dans Downtown et fort d'une vue exceptionnelle sur les fontaines du Dubaï Mall depuis la terrasse de l'appartement ! Tout à proximité à pieds : supermarché Spinneys, restaurants, supermarché Casino, ligne de métro, Dubaï Mall, Burj Khalifa (belle vue au pied de la résidence). Possibilité de parking dans la résidence. Merci Hapel pour l'accueil !
Il y avait des travaux pendant notre séjour (clim qui fuit, toilettes cassées par les précédentes personnes). D'ailleurs, il y avait un problème de porte d'entrée et personne n'est jamais venu réparer ; dommage. La piscine n'était pas accessible dans notre résidence (travaux), il fallait aller dans la résidence à côté.
