This is more like AirBNB and has nothing to do woth the Address Dubai Mall. In booking.com, they use the Address Dubai Mall name and also use the photos of the Addresa hotel. This is fraud. Be careful. I have reported this to booking.com

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Unprofessional and Rude Staff This was the worst hotel stay of my life. The coordinator, Shadi (Egyptian), was extremely rude, shouting, unhelpful, and disrespectful. He refused to carry our bags, made us wait forever, and even tried to scam us by asking for extra cash “insurance” and another 50 for no reason. The room was dirty, the sheets were stained, and the overall service was terrible. I’ve traveled worldwide and never seen such behavior. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Location was the only thing that was good here, the rest was honestly a massive let down.

I am stunned at the positive reviews. Everything was a let down, to the point I had to check out after one night in a two night booking. The rate that they are charging which is almost on par with the Kempinski, is not reasonable considering the quality of facilities that they are offering. First off the room layout is not as spacious as shown in the images used in the listing, the layout is very different. The room felt very dusty, I wasn’t able to sleep since I was getting allergic. There were also stains on the furniture amidst the obvious signs of wear, the freezer drawers in the fridge were completely shattered, ironing table was damaged, clear signs of wear and tear throughout the apartment. Considering the rate charged these things aren’t reasonable. The details used in the listing, pictures, description, pricing and previous reviews don’t match with the experience that I had. For me these the pictures used in the listing are misleading.
