The Dubai Mall can be accessed through the lobby and down a convenient hallway. The room was on the 29th floor and was quiet.
Housekeeping requires improvement. The bed sheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, though the pillowcases were fresh and clean. The unit is somewhat dated and could benefit from some updates.

The arrival process is super easy. Thanks to Bobby who helps me for easy check-in. The room size is quite reasonable for the price. There’s enough space for a comfortable living area, a bed without feeling cramped.
One of my favorite parts of the apartment is the view from the balcony. It overlooks Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountain.

The only thing that you might like about this property is that it is adjacent to Dubai Mall, but this is not a problem at all for UAE residents. and it is surely not a reason why you might chose this property to stay in
The unjustifiable price for the room... it is too high for the quality of the room. When I booked in it, I thought it will wow me in terms of cleanness, beauty, design, since it holds the Address Hotel name, even if it is former name.
Another thing, which is the availability of parking, you either park your car yourself, and pay AED 500 as a deposit insurance, which you get it at the check out, or you give your car to Valet parking team, who will charge you AED 100 for each time you hand them the cars.
Simply, I was disappointed, and I surely will not select this hotel again; unless there are no hotels left to stay in Dubai, even 3 stars hotels.
