The location is great. Close to the Burj Khalifa - can hear and feel the dancing fountains. The Dubai Mall is easily within walking distance. Sheik Mohammed Bin Rasheed Boulevard is a cool street full of shops, restaurants and bars.
The property is very nice but could be great if the owner was a bit more proactive. Certain necessities were ignored, such as:
Full set of silverware
Ice cube trays
Spatula’s and other basic cooking tools
Linens on the bed
Working lightbulbs in lights and lamps
Other issues that are easily fixed:
- response time to requests/fixes
- access card wasn’t in the unit and took 4 days to
get to me.
- no basic condiments(salt,pepper, sugar)
- no cleaning detergent (laundry, dish)
- TV stuck in Spanish.
- Tricky appliances without instructions.
