Second worst hotel I stayed in

Literally nothing besides the location

It’s very old and some of the things in the room are broken, the balcony door doesn’t slide and there’s no insulation so i can hear all tge noise outside, the water heater literally lasts 5-7 mins then turns cold

Not worth to stay in , very unclean place, I think Dubai municipality must have a regular check in the place for health

Only location was good come I had planned for shopping from Dubai mall

Hygiene issue, found hair on the carpet, remaining cutter pieces of nails, bed cover sheet was have some coffee and lipstick marks. They took from us 1000 insurance deposit, when I entered the place all over was not clean and it’s huge hygiene issue I had to request for cancellation due to so many reasons non proper place for check in and check out, no management experience, staff are not organized, no offer was made to me although I was told by booking customer service only 1st call that I need to go to the lobby and mngr has an offer for me to compensate my stay, but unfortunately I found that they are returning cash back and took my signature for receiving the cash back which they took for insurance. Thought I told them customer service of booking told me that I have an offer for me to compensate or something , they said we have nothing to offer ., My worst experience in life I will also upload the pics we took from the room in a while

The view is superb and the housekeeping services were great.

The property is wrongly publishes as Address! It’s actually EMAR and is adjacent to the Kempinski. Overall, the stay was nice but we had a big issue about the property being misrepresented as Address!

It’s a scam, they are using Address brand name to attract customers. The place is privately owned and subleased through a third party. The apartment i got was overused with bad furniture, no safety box was working.

I liked how they unapologetically scammed me with no regrets like there’s no law to protect me.

RUN, look the other way. This company is here to rip customers off from my personal experience with them. The stay was 4x the prices I found on average in other platforms. I thought I’m getting a hotel access with vallet service and daily cleaning and room service. Turns out it’s a regular crappy residential one bedroom with bad views and super small kitchen totally unlike what I’ve seen in the pictures, their excuse was that they can combine all listings pictures on booking so pictures don’t have to match what they give you, isn’t that crazy? When I said I am not happy and want to leave they didn’t want to refund not even the last night, booking support itself was useless, this is my last time using the platform for sure… so I ended up leaving and still getting scammed for $659 for a night (paid 3 nights total) in a bad one bedroom with bad views. On top of that they force you to pay 1000 AED in deposit before you check in. Just the most predatory experience ever, just run away from this company.

Watch out holding deposit scam

Lights didn’t work water heater in the bathroom didn’t work. On asking for room change they didn’t do that. And now iam trying to get a refund which also they refuse to give.
