The accomodations met (and even exceeded) our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, service and location. Among others, here are notable points--
1. Bldg was connected to the Metro and the Dubai Mall via aircondtioned bridge;
2. While we're not in front of the dancing fountains in the Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa and its fountains were right in front.
3. The bed and pillows in the master br were very comfortable and even the pullout in the living room was easy to sleep in.
4. All necessaey amenities were made available and accessible
5. Joy was very helpful in addressing our queries and our needs.
6. Our erratic check in and check out sched was accomodated.
It was a tiny matter since we were traveling with family but the lock in the bathroom across the kitchen was quirky. No big complaints really! We would definitely come back!
