The location is good for Dubai Mall and to reach many other places via the air conditioned path to the metro The view is amazing (I was on 21st) Comfy bed and pillows Strong shower (often an issue in UAE) Clean appartment

The glory days of this place have long passed It is called Address, while the building is not even Address any more, I guess it was sold because it got old So everything in the room is dated and many things are visibly repaired - like wallpaper patch, a hole in the marble bathroom wall repaired with a very lazy stroke of white paint. The floor was swollen in some places, large brown spot was on the ceiling in the bathroom. Some drawers in the wardrobe were simply broken with spare parts lying inside them. The sink in the bathroom started leaking when I was in the apartment. It was not very comfortable with all that and I asked to leave earlier with refund of remaining nights on the basis that the property is not up to it’s 5-points booking.com rating and 10 start reviews. My request was refused. I also found the fines a bit too pushy: - 300 AED for the key - 1000 AED for garbage And also 1000 AED deposit was unnecessary, especially given the state of the apartment The deposit was well returned to me, but all the fines and deposit things felt too pushy and considering the state of the apartment I was afraid it was on purpose to blaim things on me. Which didn’t happen, just felt like that. The useful point is that on this case I learned that booking.com has zero customer support. Useful to know for the future.
