We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Burj Residences Tower 3 and it truly exceeded our expectations. The place was cozy, homey, very clean, and well maintained — definitely worth the price.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain view right from the window. It made our mornings and evenings extra special and relaxing.
Joy was also incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The apartment was fully equipped, including complete kitchen equipment which made it very convenient for our family. We also appreciated having a dryer available — it was especially helpful for drying our swim clothes.
As a family traveling with a baby, we found the low bed setup very convenient and safe since our little one loves to move around and play.
This place is perfect for families and even groups of friends who want to relax, enjoy the view, and experience a comfortable stay in Dubai.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy stay with an unbeatable Burj Khalifa and fountain view!

The view was SPECTACULAR!!! And apartments room placement was super convenient. Location perfect. There was evereything we needed in kitchen and was option to wash our clothes. Was a lot of space. Balcony was so cute. Grocery shop was next to the corner and easy to get taxi. Cousy and warm pool in 1st floor.
Ouu.. First of all, the lady that meet us was bombing a lot about when we will be. We get in traffic and she ashamed us about that she's waiting us for 20min. But it was nothing.. apartment is OLD and haven't been cleaned properly for a WHILE. AND THE WORST!!!! Bathrooms was smelling BADLY. WE used only ONE of three, because it was impossible to be there. APARTMENT NEEDS a renovation.
