Lovely lady Amina who came in to make breakfast. Property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Showers were really good.

Lack of communication from agent. On arrival at the airport we were expecting a taxi to collect us but it didn’t turn up so we got ripped off booking one at the airport. Then they couldn’t find the property. It was awful and a very frightening experience to be lost in the medina at the mercy of the locals who spotted us and surrounded us demanding money to show us the way. We were given a map when we arrived at the property but there was no other tourist info available. It would have been nice to have a visitor pack with information. Other riads sent porters to meet guests and transport the luggage It would have been so easy to be given exact location where to get dropped off and have someone meet us there instead of waiting at the property.

Logement d’une beauté rare et vraiment conforme aux photos. Très belles finitions, chambres spacieuses et lits confortables, rue silencieuse . Merci Amina de ton accueil et tes bons petits plats.

Tout était parfait.
