The shower! The water pressure was good but inconsistent so it was either scalding or freezing.

Perfect distance between train station and city center

The position of the apartment is very good and collecting the keys for the check in was really easy. We were also allowed to enter earlier. The host was nice and always available for my questions. It's a nice place where to stay.

Nothing of the following list made my stay not pleasant, but there were some things that could be improved: - There are not enough sockets to charge your telephones. There should be a plug near every night table, next to the beds. - The hot water in the shower is not continuos... It often went from cold to hot unexpectedly. - The address number is wrong in the explanations... It's not n. 58, it's n. 60. - There is not good acoustic isolation and can be a problem because the neighbors are a bit noisy.

L'appartamento era pulito......

Alcune tapparelle con la corda rotta, non saliva e scendeva una tapparella in soggiorno...... La tapparella in cucina con corda rotta..... non scendeva fono alla chiusura. Mancava una abatjuor in una camera.

Pulizia KO - Tutto l’appartamento puzza estremamente di fumo, probabilmente impregnato da anni sui muri e sulle tende. Bagno abbastanza fatiscente. Infissi del soggiorno che non si chiudono e la notte sbattono e fanno rumore.

Achtung, in der gebuchten Zeit und in der kommenden Saison ist eine riesige Baustelle neben der Unterkunft mit einem Baulärm ab 7 Uhr morgens, was zur großen Beeinträchtigung des Urlaubs geführt hat. Die Fenster bieten keinen Lärmschutz. Vermieter hat sich auf meine Anfrage irgendwann nicht mehr gemeldet. Die Hausnummer ist falsch angegeben, das Haus mit der Nr.58 ist schöner. Richtige Adresse ist nr.60, eine Irreführung vor der Buchung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr spärlich,nicht genug Besteck, Teller total abgenutzt. Das Bad ist sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Wir würden hier niemals wieder Urlaub machen.

La casa era posizionata in una posizione ottimale tra centro città, lago, e stazione ferroviaria. Pulizia dell appartamento nonostante 70€ di spese di pulizia, praticamente assenti o quasi pentole sporche, copri divano macchiato, un assorbente dietro la cassettiera in camera da letto, moscerini e zanzare morte in bagno, goccioline di sangue,è stato pulito il grossolano, tutto il resto purtroppo no, uno schifo. Il sacchetto per il bidone del vetro, tutto rotto distrutto, impossibile non accorgersene. Acqua calda davvero problematica, nonostante aperta solo calda,passava da ustionante a gelida in continuazione.Un paio di giorni sono rimasto senza acqua calda, avvisando chi la gestisce senza risposta, mi ritrovo un tecnico che mi bussa alla porta il secondo giorno, per poi sistemarla. Vasca idromassaggio nei servizi, cosa assente.
