L'appartamento era pulito......
Alcune tapparelle con la corda rotta, non saliva e scendeva una tapparella in soggiorno...... La tapparella in cucina con corda rotta..... non scendeva fono alla chiusura. Mancava una abatjuor in una camera.

Pulizia KO - Tutto l’appartamento puzza estremamente di fumo, probabilmente impregnato da anni sui muri e sulle tende.
Bagno abbastanza fatiscente.
Infissi del soggiorno che non si chiudono e la notte sbattono e fanno rumore.
