Vacation Rental No. 6 is located on the upper floor of the house and, with 83 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for up to 5 people and 1 toddler (up to 3 years old). Two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two single beds—as well as a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa ensure comfort and flexibility, even for families with children.
The open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated directly into the living area. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and all the way to the Peenestrom/Bodden—ideal for a relaxing breakfast with a view.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms feature large closets, ensuring there is ample storage space even for longer stays.
Note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the property.
Vacation Apartment No. 6 is located in the right wing of the upper floor and, with two bedrooms —one with a double bed, one with two single beds—plenty of space for families or friends. The living room, which features a sleeper sofa, has an open layout and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. From the living area, you can step out onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the quiet courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi, a lockable bike shed, a parking space, and a common room on the first floor are available. Pets are welcome. The final cleaning fee includes a shower mat and a dish towel. Linen packages, a travel crib with matching linens, and a high chair can be added for an extra charge—please specify when booking. The security deposit must be transferred along with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the property.

The “Bark 01” apartment is located on the first floor, has a separate exterior entrance, and is particularly well-suited for guests with limited mobility. Dogs are welcome in both apartments—ideal for a vacation with your four-legged friend.
For families, we provide a crib and high chair upon request (for an additional fee), as well as linen packages for your comfort.
The shared property features, among other things, a fire pit, a lockable bike shed, and a small common room on the first floor— perfect for active vacationers or relaxing evenings.
