Vacation Apartment No. 15 is a spacious duplex apartment in the left wing of the building and is ideal for families or couples traveling together. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (2×90×200 cm), offer plenty of privacy. The open-concept living area with an integrated kitchen invites you to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped—including a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker—perfect for relaxing self-catering vacations. The modern bathroom features a shower. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A lockable shed, the common room on the first floor, and the option to bring a pet round out the amenities. Linen packages, a travel crib with bedding, and a high chair can be added for an extra charge—please specify this directly when booking. The security deposit must be transferred along with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the apartment.


Maisonette Apartment No. 15 spans the upperand attic floors and offers 80 m² of space for up to 5 people and 1 toddler. Highlights include the two enclosed loggias with a magnificent panoramic view of the sailing harbor and the Bodden.

The upper floor features the entryway, a bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom with a shower and window. In the attic, you’ll find a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, a dining area in the loggia with a view, a fully equipped open kitchen, and another bedroom with a double bed in the second loggia. Both loggias are equipped with interior blinds and exterior roller shades.

Wi-Fi, a parking space, and a lockable shed are included. A common room is available on the first floor. Linen packages, a travel crib with linens, and a high chair can be added for an additional fee—please specify when booking.

Located in a quiet area not far from the Peenemünde harbor, the charming “Zum Seglerhafen” vacation residence awaits you—a modern apartment complex with a maritime flair. The various apartment types range from cozy one-room apartments to spacious three-room vacation apartments, offering 43 to 85 m² of living space depending on your needs—ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

The vacation apartments are spread across the first floor and upper floors. Many of the accommodations are designed as duplexes, offering plenty of space across two floors. While the ground-floor apartments feature their own terraces, the upper floors offer balconies or enclosed loggias with beautiful views of the landscaped courtyard.

The complex includes a shared garden area with a seating area, inviting you to relax outdoors. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
One parking space is available per apartment—it is located approximately 100 meters away on Deichstraße and is marked with the respective apartment number. In addition, a lockable shed is available, ideal for storing bicycles, for example.

You can conveniently book laundry kits, a travel crib, and a high chair for an additional fee—please specify this directly when booking.
