We look forward to welcoming you to the lovingly furnished “Düne” vacation home! We’re delighted to host up to six guests in 100 square meters of living space in a quiet yet central location in the seaside resort of Karlshagen during the most beautiful time of the year—your vacation!


All rooms are located on the first floor and are accessible from the hallway. The light-filled living and dining area, featuring a cozy corner couch, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and access to the covered patio, offers the perfect spot for anyone seeking relaxation to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Thanks to its fantastic location, you’ll be on the sunny side all year round. Another highlight is the approximately 200-square-meter property, which features its own outdoor grill as well as a swing and slide for our younger guests. A special highlight is the wood-burning stove. You’re welcome to bring your own firewood and kindling (if needed). The underfloor heating in the house also ensures cozy warmth all year round. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee and pod machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto), and spacious dining table.


The vacation home has a total of three bedrooms. While two of the rooms invite you to rest for the night with a comfortable double bed (each 160 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses), the third bedroom features two comfortable single beds (each 80 x 200 cm). So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your fellow travelers and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. Thanks to the exterior blinds located all around the house, you can sleep in peacefully even during the summer.


Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. One of the bathrooms also features a washing machine. Please note that the two stools shown in the photos are not part of the standard furnishings. Two parking spaces right next to the house and free Wi-Fi are included and round out your vacation comfort.


Bonus: With the Karlshagen visitor’s card, you can use the Nordinsel and Eventshuttle for free. This shuttle provides flexible transportation to your accommodations, the beach, or the train station.
