The vacation rental consists of two separate apartments, one above the other. They are accessible through a single entrance. The Wilhelm apartment is located on the first floor of the building and features 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, and a living area with direct access to the patio. The “Hanna” apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and also has two bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds. In the living area, the couch can also be converted into a bed. If you’re traveling with small children, a crib and high chair can also be provided.

The upstairs apartment is equipped with a large dining table that seats up to 8 people, a modern kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, a stove, and a dishwasher. There are also two bathrooms here—one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The small built-in kitchen on the first floor is equipped with a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and, of course, a sink, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Adjacent to it is the nautical-themed bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable box-spring double bed, along with a wardrobe, of course. Bedroom 2 features a double bed. The living room is furnished with a cozy sofa set. Here you’ll also find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player with a selection of movies, and a radio. Through the wide patio door, you can step out onto the lawn or, first, onto the front terrace facing southwest. A perfect spot for balmy summer evenings. Your little ones will also find plenty of space here to play and run around. The property is fenced in.

Pets are also allowed in this property. As a general rule, your pet should be kept exclusively on the first floor. Since the neighboring apartment may also be occupied by separate guests, we ask for your consideration.

One free parking space is available per apartment.

Enjoy a unique vacation in our beautiful 145 m² vacation home in Karlshagen, on a separate, fenced-in lot.
Centrally located yet slightly off the main road, our family-friendly vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 12 people. It features 5 bedrooms, divided into three apartments that can be booked together, as a pair, or individually. Each apartment has a kitchen-living area and a bathroom. The upstairs apartment even has 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living area, the sofa set can be converted into a bed, allowing 2 additional guests to stay overnight. For your little ones, we provide 2 cribs and 2 high chairs.

The kitchens are equipped with everything you need, such as a refrigerator, cooking facilities, a kettle, toaster, and more. In the living/dining area of the upper apartment, there is a large dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen in this apartment is also equipped with an oven and a dishwasher. The ground-floor apartments feature a south-facing terrace, while the upper-floor apartments have a west-facing balcony. A grill is also available for use. However, we ask that you clean it after use. The next guests will appreciate it.
