Welcome to the lovingly furnished Fietje Vacation Home your cozy retreat for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation with the whole family—and your four-legged friend is welcome, too. With 85 m² of living space, the house accommodates up to 6 people and is ideal for families, couples, or friends who appreciate relaxation, proximity to nature, and a cozy atmosphere.
The vacation home is situated in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood of single-family homes in the popular seaside resort of Zinnowitz, just about a 10-minute walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Zinnowitz charms visitors as a charming, family-friendly seaside resort with a lovely promenade, a variety of dining options, small boutiques, and attractive recreational activities. Highlights such as the Bernsteintherme, the pier with its unique submersible gondola, and long walks through the coastal forest and dunes make the town a perfect vacation destination for young and old alike.
On the first floor, you’ll find a light-filled living and dining area with a cozy couch, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and large dining table—the ideal gathering spot for spending time together. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace, a wonderful spot to relax, play, or enjoy breakfast in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—perfect for families and self-catering guests.
A bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, complete the first floor.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV. While one of the rooms is furnished with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), the second bedroom offers two single beds (each 80 × 200 cm), a desk, and ample storage space—ideal as a children’s, play, or teen room. Baby gear, including a travel crib and high chair, can be added to your reservation free of charge upon request.
To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, bed linens, a shower towel, and a small hand towel will be provided for all guests upon your arrival.
