Vacation home Our new house

This detached single-family home is located in the quiet Birkenhain vacation community in Trassenheide on the island of Usedom. The house, with approximately 100 m² of living space, sits on a lot of approximately 700 m². It features 3 bedrooms and a living room, an open-concept kitchen, as well as a spacious, partially covered terrace and two bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower. The large family bathroom on the upper floor is fully equipped with a shower and a bathtub. You’ll also find a sauna here.

The house was newly built in 2024. It is modernly furnished and has a solar power system. Families can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. Children can run and play barefoot to their heart’s content on the huge property.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee.
You are welcome to bring your pets for a fee. This is a smoke-free home.

Check-in and check-out are available on Mondays and/or Fridays during peak season, and daily during the off-season. The minimum stay is 3 nights during the high season and 2 nights during the low season.



Vacation Home Our New Home:

A modernly equipped vacation home with a large, partially covered south-facing terrace. One bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) is located on the first floor, and another with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) is on the upper floor. There is also a children’s room there with two sliding single beds (2 x 0.9 x 2 m).
The spacious family bathroom on the upper floor features a shower, a bathtub, and a sauna. The additional bathroom on the first floor also has a shower. This means that guests with limited mobility will find all the necessary facilities on the first floor.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. A high chair is available. The large family dining table is convenient for meals and evening board games.
The house is heated with infrared heaters. The electricity for this comes from the house’s own solar panel system. Any additional 100% green electricity required is billed at €0.45/kWh based on consumption. The house has free Wi-Fi with internet access.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
