The crown jewel of the building: This large tower suite spans two maisonette levels and is the most extraordinary apartment in the entire beach residence. The striking bay window in the tower area offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, and from the fold-out skylights in both bedrooms, you can look directly out over the beach and the sea—the sky above the Baltic Sea seems close enough to touch.
In the spacious living room, the fireplace crackles in the evening while you let your gaze wander over the water from the bay window. During the day, it transforms into a sun-drenched dining area—breakfast with a panoramic view of the beach; it doesn’t get any better than this. Two spacious, separate bedrooms with a total of two double beds and one single bed offer plenty of space and privacy for the whole family or a group of friends. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides an additional sleeping spot when needed.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave with baking function, and coffee maker, is perfect for cooking together in the evenings. And if no one feels like doing the dishes: Pizza and pasta await you at the “La Residenza” restaurant on the first floor. You can grab breakfast right at the bakery next door.

The Karlshagen Beach Residence is located right on the beach on the sunny island of Usedom, separated from the white, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach only by the dunes. Right on the beachfront in the quiet northern part of the island, 12 bright, lovingly furnished vacation apartments ranging from 26 to 104 m² await you—all of which were extensively renovated in 2020/21.
Many apartments feature a private balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea and a fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings while the waves crash outside. The apartments feature stylish furnishings, comfortable double beds, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator), as well as satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.
Ideal for families: The flat, child-friendly sandy beach begins right outside the door. On the first floor, our pizzeria La Residenza treats guests to Italian specialties, ice cream, and cocktails. Playgrounds and the bakery with fresh rolls are less than 20 meters away.
Perfect for couples: Enjoy romantic sunsets from the balcony, relax in the evening by the crackling fireplace, and leave everyday life behind. In the off-season, Karlshagen offers soothing tranquility with deserted beaches and crisp sea air. The Baltic Sea spas in Ahlbeck and Zinnowitz are easily accessible.
Dogs Welcome: Karlshagen offers two designated dog beaches, both within walking distance of the residence. Behind the dunes, expansive coastal forests invite you to take long walks.
