Right on the Peenestrom, with a garden down to the water: this entire ground-floor apartment of 95 m² sleeps up to 8 guests in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms. Hollendorf lies deliberately away from the tourist bustle of the island of Usedom, yet it is close by: the bascule bridge to Usedom is 15 minutes away, and the seaside resorts of Zinnowitz and Karlshagen with their sandy beaches another 15 minutes beyond.
The apartment is fully and comfortably furnished: an open kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher, a cosy living room with sofa bed, three bedrooms (two single beds and two double beds of 180 x 200 cm) and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Every bed has a reading lamp with USB-A and USB-C charging ports.
The terrace opens onto the garden with a view of the Peenestrom. Part of it is covered, so you can sit outside even during a shower. Bicycles and a washing machine are available free of charge.
Entry is keyless with a door code that guests receive in good time before arrival. This makes a late or flexible arrival easy, and a regular key is also provided in the apartment.
One pet is welcome. The area invites you to walk along the water, go fishing and visit the fishing harbours of Kröslin and Freest. The sandy beach at Freest is easy to reach with a dog, too.
