Our "Ambiente" vacation home has been lovingly yet modernly furnished. It offers plenty of space for up to 5 adults and 2 children up to 14 years old to enjoy a wonderful stay in Zinnowitz. NEW! Toddlers up to age 3 stay with us for free!
The house spans three floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a living area with a fireplace, a cozy couch (which can be converted into a bed), and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can access the furnished terrace. It faces east, so you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the sun every morning. There’s also a guest restroom on the first floor so no one has to wait in line.
The stairs lead up to the first floor. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
On the top floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a tub and toilet, and your own private sauna.
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked for an additional fee. They are charged per person. If you need any, please let us know at least 7 days before your arrival.
For young guests, a high chair and a travel crib (please bring your own bedding) are available free of charge; please specify this when booking if needed.
Use of the sauna, the fireplace, and Wi-Fi is included in the price. You can purchase firewood locally at the supermarket or hardware store.
A paid parking space is available in front of the house. A charging station for electric cars is available right at the house; electricity is billed at a flat rate—please book this separately if desired (220V; please bring your own charging adapter)!
One well-behaved pet is welcome; please inquire in advance if bringing more than one.
The security deposit is 300 EUR and must be transferred along with the remaining balance.
