The comfortable MEERZEIT vacation home (built in 2020) is located in the beautiful coastal town of Karlshagen—which has become increasingly popular among Usedom vacationers in recent years—not far from the harbor. If you book this vacation home on Usedom, the sandy beach is practically right outside your door. A direct route takes you to the Baltic Sea beach in just 10 minutes by bike. Relax in a beach chair with an exciting vacation read, or take a long walk on the beach and let the fresh Baltic Sea air really invigorate you.
Enjoy your vacation in the modern MEERZEIT vacation home, which—with 129 m² of living space, 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 luxurious bathrooms, a modern interior, 2 terraces, and a spacious garden (property approx. 850 m²), is more than adequately equipped for a relaxing summer or winter vacation.
Especially during the fall and winter months, the on-site outdoor sauna becomes your personal oasis of well-being. After long walks on the beach or a windy day by the Baltic Sea, enjoy soothing warmth and pure relaxation right at the vacation home. This ensures your vacation is a thoroughly relaxing experience, even on cooler days. The sauna offers enough space for up to six people, so nothing stands in the way of shared wellness moments with family or friends. At least two guaranteed lounging spots provide additional comfort while you relax. You can park your car on the property in one of the two parking spaces, one of which is under the carport. There is also a wall box (11 kW) there for charging your electric car. A fee is charged for charging, which you can pay by credit card or fleet/charging card. There is a covered parking space for bicycles.
Bed linens are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels; they are not provided.

The beautiful, bright, and modernly furnished MEERZEIT vacation home is approximately 129 m² and spans two floors. On the first floor is the spacious living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen. In the living room, a cozy couch and an armchair invite you to relax. The dining table seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a Tassimo capsule coffee machine.
The bedroom on the first floor features a bunk bed, a TV, and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms each feature a double bed, a dresser, and a TV. One of the two bedrooms has direct access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer. All three bedrooms have insect screens on the windows.
The vacation home is surrounded by a spacious garden. The two patios are perfect for relaxing. Here you’ll find a seating area with a beach chair and another seating area with a large dining area that seats up to 6 people. A grill is available in the garden shed.
