Just 30 meters to the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea!!! This vacation home, newly built a few years ago, spans two floors and is located directly behind the dune on the Baltic Sea beach. The vacation home is surrounded by approximately 700 m² of property, 100 m² of terrace space, comfortably furnished with modern patio furniture, a lounge set, and a beach chair. The unspoiled natural beauty and scenic charm of Usedom Island make for an unforgettable experience. The 40 km long and 90 m wide dreamy sandy beach, combined with the highest number of sunny days in Germany, offers a truly special swimming experience. There are numerous excursion options to explore. Nestled among pine forests, the vacation home is located directly on the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen. The house is modernly equipped and features two new smart TVs in the living room and the children’s room, a Tchibo coffee machine, and an internet-enabled stereo system.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Häusersiedlung nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Strandkorb. Die Küche war mit ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet (was oft in Ferienwohnungen nicht so ist) teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratzen könnten alle getauscht werden, sehr weich und durchgelegen, es gab im ganzen Haus nur 2 Nachttischlampen.... Die Bäder sind veraltet, aber gut nutzbar - die Dusche im Obergeschoss lässt sich nicht so einfach schließen - daraufhin gibt es Überschwemmung. Sonst hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Fazit: Wenn man nicht alle Möbel von Ikea kauft und hofft das das ganze viele Jahre hält (das tut es nun mal nicht) kann man dieses Haus weiterempfehlen. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin lief reibungslos.

Leider befanden sich im 2. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss keine Nachttischlampen. Auch die im anderen Schlafzimmer und im EG waren defekt.
