The Paul Vacation Home is a modern semi-detached house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Trassenheide. With approximately 90 m² of living space spread over two floors, it offers ideal conditions for families or couples who value comfort and privacy.
The house includes two free parking spaces directly on the property as well as a sheltered patio at the back of the house. It borders the garden, which is available for shared use—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing evenings around the grill.
The house was built in 2009 and modernized in 2016. It is in very good condition and also warmly welcomes dogs.

The first floor features the living area with a wood-burning stove, a comfortable sofa nook, and direct access to the patio. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and a large dining table.
There are a total of three separate bedrooms, each furnished with solid wood furniture and a double bed. Two modern bathrooms—one of which features a sauna—ensure comfort and ample space for all guests.
Underfloor heating on the first floor and in the bathrooms ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
A washing machine, Wi-Fi, and TV are, of course, provided.
The house is suitable for up to six adults and one baby (up to 2 years old).
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
