About this house rental
We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy and modern vacation home, Zur Reling! This 70-square-meter semi-detached home is located in the family-friendly town of Karlshagen and can accommodate up to 7 people. Here you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay. For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a high chair free of charge, and a travel crib can also be added to your reservation upon request.
There is a parking space right in front of the house, which is included in the price. If you’re arriving by bike, you can park it either on the secluded terrace or in front of the house.
Please note that this is a smoke-free home and Wi-Fi is not available. Enjoy your getaway in these idyllic surroundings!
Please note: A security deposit is required for your stay; it is due with the final payment and will, of course, be refunded upon proper return of the property.
Semi-detached house:
Step inside our cozy vacation home “Zur Reling”: From the hallway, you’ll enter the spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, where you’ll find a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and much more, so you can prepare your favorite meals here. You can enjoy culinary delights together at the wooden dining table or make yourselves comfortable on the cozy couch in front of the flat-screen TV.
From the living room, you can step out onto both terraces, where you’ll find seating and the wonderful Baltic Sea weather. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is also located on the first floor.
A staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, another bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a small TV, as well as a third bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed and a desk.
To ensure no one has to wait in line early in the morning, there is also a second bathroom on the upper floor with a shower, toilet, sink, and plenty of storage space. If you’re staying on the island for an extended period, you can use the washing machine in the upper bathroom.
