The vacation rental in the semi-detached house is approximately 62 square meters in size, spans two floors, and is ideal for four people, plus one toddler up to 3 years old. By adding a pull-out bed in the living room, the occupancy can be expanded to 6 adults plus 1 toddler.
On the first floor of the house is the spacious living room with an integrated kitchenette and dining area; from here, you can access the south-facing terrace.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a TV.
The open kitchenette features a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a fridge-freezer, and a microwave.
The first floor also features a guest restroom and a storage room. Upstairs are the two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), as well as the bathroom with a shower and toilet. A travel crib and high chair are available for our younger guests.
Two parking spaces are available for the vacation rental.
As a special highlight, our guests have access to an outdoor sauna (for a fee; sauna fee via payment machine: 8 euros for 2–3 sauna sessions, plus 2 euros per session).
In addition to the final payment, a security deposit of 200 euros must be transferred.
On the first floor of the house is the spacious living room with an integrated kitchenette and dining area; from here, you can access the south-facing terrace. It’s a great place to relax and have a barbecue.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a TV. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave—everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Also on the first floor are the guest restroom and a storage room. On the upper floor are both bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 set of 2 single beds), as well as the bathroom with a shower and toilet. A travel crib and high chair are available for our younger guests.

The vacation home consists of 2 semi-detached units, each with 62 square meters of living space spread over 2 floors and a private entrance. Each unit can accommodate 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 2 years old, with the option to add a bed for 2 people in the living room.
The lovingly furnished vacation home is situated on a 650-square-meter, separate, unfenced recreational lot on the outskirts of town and at the edge of the forest in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen. It is set back from the road and surrounded by mature trees.
On the first floor of each living unit, there is a spacious living/dining room (upholstered furniture including a sleeper sofa, dining table, LCD TV, Hi-Fi, wood-burning stove) with an open kitchenette (fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, and toaster), as well as a guest restroom.
On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and LCD TV/DVD player, 1 with 2 single beds), as well as the bathroom with shower and toilet.
The entire house is equipped with central heating.
For our younger guests, we provide one high chair and one crib free of charge.
Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Each unit features a furnished patio, a lockable bike storage area, a grill, and 2 parking spaces.
A special highlight is the sauna located directly on the property, which can be used on-site for a fee.
The total price includes water, utilities, and final cleaning.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Pets: One small dog with a shoulder height of up to 40 cm is allowed in this property. Pets must be registered at the time of booking. If it is not possible to include this information in the booking, a separate registration must be submitted.
