Thanks to the good location, you can walk to supermarkets, the beach, bars and everything else you may need for a self catering holiday. The apartment has a small terrace with breakfast table. Inside, the living-dining room is very cheerful and perfectly equipped to take a break or eat while watching a movie on the satellite TV. The renovated kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and microwave and has a small American-style bar if you want to have a quick snack while cooking. In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. If two more people are staying, the living room has a sofa bed and we provide a cot and highchair for the youngest member of the family. There are also two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and the second with a hydromassage shower. Playa de Gandia is known because of its fine grained, long sand beach. Playa de Nort is about 3 km, offers sun loungers and parasol rental and has a nice sea promenade with bars and restaurants. The quiet Playa de L'Ahuir has an unique dunar system and is nice for surfing. Behind the harbor is the Playa de Venecia, a lively place with more bars. You can visit Gandia's old town and learn more about the local culture. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
