The location was close to attractions and offered on-site parking.
Although close to attractions, it was still in a very quiet neighborhood.
There was plenty of space.
We enjoyed a very nice meal at the restaurant that is only 20 meters away.
There were ants in the bathroom, though not a large problem to deal with.
Prior to our arrival, there had been a plumbing problem that caused water to leak through the ceiling.
However, it had stopped by the time we arrived, and the owner had called a plumber to come as soon as possible to look into the problem. We did not have any leaks for our 4-5 day stay.
