Beautiful apartment, for 6 people, with shared pool and tennis court and at only 750 metres away from the beach of Playa de Gandia.
This beautiful flat is part of a wonderful complex where entertainment is assured. The communal facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, children's playground, gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi (room temperature). The chlorine pool has a size of 20 x 8 m and a depth of 1.1 to 1.8 m. The children's pool is 6 m² and has a size of 6 m². The paddling pool is 6m² and has a depth of 0.6m. You will also be able to enjoy your private corner on the flat's terrace, ideal for breakfast before exploring the facilities or relaxing on the beach, just 750 metres away.
This first floor flat, with a lift, features a cosy living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and hot and cold air conditioning, ideal for maintaining a pleasant temperature all year round. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as three bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning (hot/cold pump). Two of them have two single beds each, while the third has a double bed, private terrace, cot/crib and en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with bathtub serves the whole house.
Playa de Gandia is the perfect destination for those who love the beach and the proximity to all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The beach is at only 750 meters from the apartment and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at about 4.9 km away.
All-year round pool open from 8 am till 1 pm and from 4 pm till midnight.
The playground, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi and gym are daily available from May 15 to October 15. The rest of the year, they are only available on weekends.
There are 2 tennis rackets and balls available.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
