Lady called me and we agreed about timing, she was nice and friendly. She suggested few additional services and we took earlier check-in and later check out.

Estafa total sin vergüenzas

Absolutamente nada una estafa es lo que fue… Llegamos al sitio a por la llave que era a partir de las 17h y no había nadie no contestaban en teléfono. Al rato llego pagué la fianza y fuimos al apartamento no hay ascensor el departamento está bien pero falta de limpieza no hay un jabón ni para lavar los platos ni para lavarte las manos no esperes una gota de aceite para cocina ni tampoco sal… detrás de un sofá había calcetines de un huésped solo con eso te das cuenta la higiene… te pasan las reglas que tienes que dejar todo limpio las sábanas en la ducha los platos limpios una vergüenza la verdad uno está pagando LES HABLÉ PARA PEDIRLES EL MANDO DEL AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y RESULTA QUE 12€ más por día. Elegí un apartamento para poder meter una pizza al horno ADIVINA EL HORNO ROTO NO FUNCIONABA LA LUZ SE IBA SE BAJABA LA LLAVE si me van a cobrar por el mando del aire quiero un rembolso por el horno que no pude utilizar que menos no??

Fue horrible, estuvimos 3 dias y no pegamos ojo, los apartamentos estaban ocupados por grupos de jovenes de borrachera, musica, ruidos a todas horas, vandalismo, tuvimos que llamar a la Policia, no vuelvo jamas.

Sin más , muy mejorable pero por el precio aceptable

Positivo: localización , calidad precio. La planta que nos dieron era baja y tenía una gran terraza.

Hubieron gastos complementarios que incrementaron el precio del hospedaje: por noche usando el garaje , por toalla. Además, no hay esenciales cómo lavavajillas , jabón de mano , champú , gel de ducha, wifi ... Eso tienes que comprarlo por tu cuenta...

La cercanía a la playa y que si lo pagas tienes plaza para aparcar el coche

En el salón el sofá incómodo y la tele no tiene internet, el baño estaba cochambroso la ducha con una cortina pequeña, en la habitación de matrimonio no cerraba la puerta del armario solo una mesita de noche y en la terraza la mesa necesita una lijada. En general necesita reforma y acondicionarlo un poco

No hay nadie para atenderte y no contestan el teléfono...

El apartamento estaba bastante bien.

Si no llega a ser por mi hijo nos quedamos en la calle no dieron señales de vida para darnos el código. Tuvimos un problema con las fechas que en principio quedaba solucionado y no fue así. Nos tocó con dos críos buscar donde dormir y pasar un día prácticamente entero cuando tanto booking como el apartamento habían dado el visto bueno. Un despropósito. Hay sitios por el mismo precio misma calidad pero con personas a las que poder dirigirse y que te contesten. No volveremos a pesar de que el apartamento estaba correcto pero nos sentimos abandonados y en la calle. NUNCA ME HABIA PASADO.

El aire acondicionado no funciona, y hacía un calor horrible, las sábanas muy mal, el baño un desastre no se podía abrir el lavabo porque se inundaba el baño de agua y la cerradura del baño no servía no se podía cerrar llame a los responsables del alojamiento y no ns atendía las llamadas y de paso cobran por la toallas… de seguro nunca volveré. Nse como tienen este tipo de alojamientos aquí.. no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Repetiré visita a Gandía no a este apartamento

La ubicación era perfecta muy cerca de la playa y de otros servicios. El chico que nos atendió muy amable en todo momento atendió nuestras peticiones.

La dirección que ponía el email para coger las llaves no era correcta. Al apartamento le faltaba bastante mantenimiento ya que había mobiliario un poco defectuoso. Mandé fotos por el tema de la fianza y lo que me pudieron solucionar en el momento lo hicieron. Estaba relativamente limpio aunque no en profundidad. La estancia fue bien, por el precio y los comentarios sabía a lo que iba y no me quejo por eso. Ya el problema llegó a los 2 días de estar allí cuando empezaron a llegar chavales para despedidas y demás. No había descanso ni de día ni de noche( gritos, golpes, puertas abiertas, portazos continuos...) aunque también se pasó a llamarles la atención un par de veces no sirvió de nada, creo que es mala combinación juntar familias que buscan descansar con jovenes que quieren fiesta
