Location

Very disappointing experience. The apartment is quite old and, unfortunately, it did not feel well maintained. The cleanliness was also below the standard we expected for a holiday rental. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the host and the way the cleaning expectations were handled. At no point before check-out were we told that we were expected to clean the kitchen. This was only mentioned when we were leaving, despite there being no clear information about this requirement in the check-out instructions or house rules. We paid for a cleaning service, so it was very frustrating to suddenly be told at check-out that we needed to clean the kitchen ourselves. If guests are expected to do additional cleaning, this should be clearly communicated before the stay, not introduced at the last minute. Communication was also difficult because the hosts only speak Spanish, which made it harder to understand the situation and communicate effectively. Overall, the apartment is old, the cleanliness was disappointing, communication was difficult, and the host’s attitude left a lot to be desired. The unexpected cleaning demands at check-out were the final disappointment. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and would advise future guests to clarify all cleaning expectations before booking.

El puesto de estacionamiento super incomodo, no se parece a la foto, los muebles no están en buen estado, en general el apartamento necesita una actualización.

Le jardin et l’emplacement

Manque de vaisselle car c’était période de fêtes de fin d’année et pas de restaurant ouvert pour le réveillon de Noël. Manque de piles pour allumer le climatiseur et salle de bain bouché (j’ai acheté de produits) et fermeture de portes bizarres (trop ancien)
