Eh, maybe the location?

It was incredibly cold, no proper heating, ice cold floor - probably it is ok when the weather is good, but there is no airco, so it is impossible to set the desired temperature hot/cold. But it is damp, cold, smelly. Do yourself a favor, look for a different instead of this rundown apartment. The owner was too late during the drop off of the keys, when we asked for more heaters he refused. There is one little one which is too small to heat the apartment, it was 10 degrees inside??? It is a disaster - the service was not rendered

Piso de 3 dormitorios muy bien ubicado. La persona de contacto amable. Buena comunicación via WhatsApp. Nos dejaron un pequeño detalle al llegar, una botella de agua y unos refrescos. Muy buena conexión a internet. El piso dispone también de aparcamiento privado de pago, pero dependiendo de la temporada, se puede aparcar fuera perfectamente. La cocina esta equipada, y se puede cocinar si hace falta. En general el piso ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas y lo recomiendo para estancias cortas, sin grandes lujos.

Algunas cosas que se podrían mejorar, aunque la relación precio-calidad esta bien. Mobiliario antiguado pero funcional. Las ventanas son viejas, de aluminio, no aíslan muy bien y si hay viento(pillamos una semana con mucho viento) o ruido fuera se oye todo. La persiana de la terraza estaba rota y no se podia bajar. Aunque en la descripción de la estancia pone que incluye toallas, al llegar nos dijeron que no, pero al final nos dejaron unas, y todo bien.

Kurze Betten. Mit 1,85 musste ich quer im Doppelbett schlafen, damit die Füße nicht über das Bett hängen. Keine Handtücher vorhanden
