It has a sliding door with 80 cm of passage. Suspended washbasin without furniture underneath to be able to enter with the chair.

The brand new complex features an infinity pool, solarium, tennis and paddle courts.

If what you want is to enjoy water sports in the sea, during the summer season you have a multi-water sports school a few metres from the apartment. At the school they offer classes in windsurfing, catamaran, kayak, PaddleSurf, etc.
You can also learn sailing at the Gandia sailing club.
But if you're into running, the Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal rental service). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the beach shore, it has 3 km of beach from the apartment to Xeraco beach and 3 km from the apartment to the nautical club.

Las vistas, el salón, la terraza del dormitorio principal. El apartamento es muy cómodo.
Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que el microondas calienta poco, que el aire acondicionado en calor da muy poco y que para que resultara totalmente confortable añadiría una mantita en el sofá. Pero todo son pequeñeces sin importancia.

En un principio todo.
No hemos podido disfrutar de todas las instalaciones x el tiempo, pero el sitio y la ubicación muy bien
