Nice flat, close to the beach

The apartment is modern and well equipped. The terrace is lovely - with rays of sunshine in the morning and the view towards the sea on one side and the mountain top on the other side. Location is excellent, next to the beach and close to the big supermarket, and many restaurants. We were very comfortable with five people but it could be small for eight. There are two full bathrooms and one more shower available (no hot water and low pressure, though). It is also very convenient that one bedroom and one bathroom form a separate unit. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment - very handy.

Humidity. There was humidity on all the bedroom walls. It was very hard to air the space. One of the under bed sheets was stained and not washed. It would be good to have an extra set of sheets, towels and kitchen linen available especially for colder months, when drying the laundry is difficult.

Por ponerle “un pero” que siendo 8 personas solo nos dieran unas llaves, quizá sería más cómodo poder tener alguna más.

Detalles que estropean la estancia

Habitaciones muy pequeñas Aire acondicionado estropeado en uno de los equipos (parece que la avería es antigua y no la arreglan según se desprende de otros comentarios) Frigorífico y congelador no funcionaban correctamente, con tanto calor ni poder tener agua fría, y cuidado con los alimentos, se estropeaban. Faltaban todos los productos de limpieza (a pesar de haber preguntado con antelación y asegurar que había), solo había: 1 bolsa de basura, 2 pastillas de lavavajillas, fairy para una estancia de 6 días. Mamparas de baño sucias y con moho Habitación con ducha y dos ventanas, una de ellas sin persiana, imposible dormir. Tendedero de la ropa, roto no se sujetaba de pie, no había pinzas. La chica que nos entregó las llaves se molesta, cuando le dije que el propietario me permitía hacer el check out 2 horas tarde de lo habitual si no estaba reservado el día de la salida, argumentando que no le habían consultado. Finalmente el propietario me dice que lo han reservado y tenemos que salir a la hora, la sorpresa es que en Booking.com sigue disponible la reserva para el día de mi salida…
