Taking a 2 day break to relax.

The location of the property is fantastic, Parking was very easy as well. The apartment is enormous and ideal for a large group. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the general condition of the apartment was good. Large windows and plenty of outside terrace space. 3 shower rooms was a surprise as the advert says only 1 so that was good. Walking distance to almost every part of the beach. I was pleasantly surprised and had a good time there.

A little more attention to detail on the cleaning would improve the guests experience. Certainly while it is low season. The floors had upswept dust and sticky finger marks in the kitchen. Not the best first impression but not necessarily a deal breaker. Just was not as clean as I would expect. A good investment would be to change the mattresses as they were not the best at all. We moved from the double to singles to try and find a more comfortable sleep. Also at this time of year it would be cheaper for you to provide additional blankets rather than us using the air conditioning. None of the things I am mentioning are awlful but just areas than could be better.

Luxurious!

The house is enormous. It is only 2 of us so we only used 1 room out of 4! And the rooms are big! It is 2 minutes walk to the beach so it is very accessible. I guess most of the visitors come to Gandia by driving ( including us) so it should not be a problem to locate here.

Era más grande de lo que parecía, las sábanas muy limpias y es más grande lo que parece pero…

Los baños, no tenía sitio para guardar las cosas, en la noche poca luz o casi ninguna. Me tocó la tienda donde no llegaba luz, muchos bichos dentro de la tienda. Este tipo de sitios es para gente que esté acostumbrada a acampar. El personal de recepción regular. Demasiado calor durante el día, la tienda que me tocó estaba en el sol sin ningún tipo de sombra. Es muy lejos de la playa o de cualquier super.

Hemos estado muy agusto. La playa al lado y la tranquilidad le dan muchos puntos.

La ubicacion, y lo amplio que es. Está muy limpio y tiene nada menos, que tres baños completos. Y un montón de camas. Se aparca en la puerta. Muy luminoso. Estuvimos ya el año pasado, y hemos visto que el portal ha sido reformado en su totalidad. ( Ha quedado precioso).

La puerta del apto, está muy, muy vieja, necesita un cambio completo. Tuvimos algún problema el cual se solucionó enseguida, vinieron muy pronto, muy amables. Y no tuvimos jabón para ducha, ni manos, de ningún tipo, no lo sabíamos, menos mal que llevábamos algo. Por lo demás , muy amable el personal en general, nos dieron la opción sin cargo de salir más tarde, pero nos surgió una urgencia y tuvimos que marcharnos pronto. Mil gracias!!.

La falta de mantenimiento en general (sofá roto, ventanales que no cierran...) Había cucarachas chiquititas. La piscina no funcionaba aparentemente, preguntamos cómo utilizarla y no se nos resolvió.

Estafadores

Me cobraron una fianza de 200 €. Las llaves del apartamento no abrían. Llamé para quejarme y vinieron a verificarlo y llamaron a un cerrajero. La sorpresa fue que el día que fui a recoger mi fianza me dijeron que las señoras de la limpieza si consiguieron acceder a la estancia, por lo que me responsabilizaban de los gastos del cerrajero, cuando ellos mismos comprobaron que la cerradura no iba. He procedido a realizar una denuncia.

Стройка в холле, заливали бетон, заходили в холл по досточками, в квартире не убрано, по ощущениям было поменяно только постельное белье. Уже видавшая виды мебель. Находиться в квартире было крайне не комфортно.

Lo que menos, él tener que ir hasta el hotel a por las llaves, el que la puerta del portal no abría bien, el portal muy descuidado y que no había ningún producto de limpieza (aunque fuese para limpiar la mesa o fregar el suelo si se ensuciaba)
