La situación es muy buena. Y la piscina, así como la terraza está muy bien, sobretodo para ir con niños. Es un sitio muy tranquilo, salvo los sábados, que la fiesta en la zona se alarga un poco.

Las instalaciones de la vivienda están descuidadas. Las camas y los sofás son muy incómodos. El menaje es bastante escaso.
