The location of the property was perfect. The access to a clean and warm pool was great for the kids. Beach was a stones throw away. Gandia is beautiful and a very big place.

Nothing. It was great. We had a fabulous stay.

Location right on the beach, close to restaurants and supermarkets

Too small we had to put our luggage under the stairs and outdated, water heater is too small only one person can take a hot shower, parking is a challenge and very hard to maneuver, getting in and out is inconvenient..

The beach is beautiful. The pool at the condo is great. The view of the beach from the terrace (side view). Boardwalk on the beach is wonderful for walkers. There are plenty of restaurants if you don't always want to cook. Extensive kitchen tools: toaster, coffee machine, kettle, stove, large fridge & freezer, oven, [microwave needs upgrade], citrus hand-juicer, grater, can opener, lots of pots and pans, oven dishes and serving dishes, almost everything you could need. The bed I used was very comfortable. My son & his wife were more challenged adjusting to their mattress, but they may have been overly picky. Host organization was fairly responsive. On arrival it seemed smaller than the pictures online. It really is big enough, though I would not recommend 8 adults. Likely best for 4 adjusts and a few kids. Loved the dining table size. The quantity of beds and washrooms. Loads of towels. Great to have a washing machine. (The dryer was good to have, but very different operation from our North American version. It would have been nice to have some instructions.)

Tea pot and large jug to make iced tea and mixed drinks would have been nice to have. There are many chipped dishes, mugs and glasses that should be replaced. Would have preferred a smaller table/chairs on the terrace and replace with a couple of lounges or just more comfortable outdoor chairs. More beach chairs/umbrellas would have been nice. (supplies for 2 people only) Many times the sewage smell near the terrace was overwhelming. There was a Fiesta on our Friday night. We weren't aware it was happening and I feel that we should have been warned. The event was extremely loud until after 1am. It happened to be on our last night, so left us all without enough sleep to get checked out in time. Not knowing what was happening made it a little scary with over 40 people outside in the pool area very late. Would have been nice to know ahead that the beach "road" was OK to drive on for key pick up even though it says no cars allowed. Driving in the area isn't fun. Good to have parking included because the street parking is limited. Though, beware of the size of vehicle. We had a small SUV (4 passengers with luggage) so turns were treacherous in the garage. Small cars are fine.
