Die Gastgeberin Roxana war wirklich unglaublich bemüht und freundlich. Alle kleineren Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Schlüsselübergaben waren top.
Es fliegt oft die Sicherung raus, wenn man mehrere Geräte gleichzeitig anschaltet.

Elegí este apto. por la puntuaciôn 9,1 sinceramente no lo merece, he vuelto decepcionada. El apto, necesita una reforma en el baño pequeño, tiene un tubo que sale de la pared tapado con un plástico, la ducha está vieja y sucia, el microondas quemado, que dejó de funcionar al 2 día de llegar, no había suficiente menaje para los que fuimos. Pedimos cambiar un colchón por que mi hija se clavaba los muelles, el timbre de la puerta no funciona, se soltó la cinta de una persiana... Dicho todo esto, comentar que todo fue solucionado rápidamente, y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable. Me comentó que no les da tiempo, entre que unos salen y otros entran.... No es mi problema, yo vengo a descansar y disfrutar, no a estar pendiente de los arreglos o cambios. Lo siento mucho porque se notaba que querían que estuviéramos bien.
