The 45-square-meter apartment features a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, and an exclusive, walk-in shower room. Two outdoor seating areas invite you to relax amidst herbs, trees, and shrubs. Wi-Fi and free parking are available.
Hiking and biking trails run right past the house, inviting you to explore along the Ahr River. An excellent bike shop offering e-bike rentals and more is located 300 meters away. Shopping options such as a bakery, butcher shop, and Edeka supermarket are just 400 meters away, and there are numerous restaurants in the area. Although the property is relatively central, you can enjoy peace and quiet here since it’s located on the edge of the forest. Bicycles can be parked securely on the property.

Our lovingly furnished 45-square-meter vacation apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bright living-dining room invites you to relax with a comfortable two-seater swing/recliner sofa, a cozy armchair, and two coffee tables. A modern LCD TV with satellite reception provides top-notch entertainment, while the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a refrigerator and freezer, as well as a practical breakfast bar with two bar stools—leaves nothing to be desired.
The stylish bedroom is a true retreat and spoils you with high-quality king-size bedding, a spacious mirrored closet, two elegant nightstands with touchscreen lamps, and an additional LCD TV. The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and two mirrors has been exclusively designed to offer the highest level of comfort.
Outside, two beautiful seating areas, surrounded by fragrant herbs, trees, and shrubs, invite you to linger. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and wind down at the end of the day. Bed linens, towels, dish soap, dishcloths, and toilet paper are already included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is conveniently available with a password, as is a private parking space right next to the house.
For families with children, we’re happy to provide a crib, a high chair, and special children’s tableware upon request. In addition, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a small fee if needed.

On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer within 14 days prior to arrival. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
