Zentral gelegene und sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung.
So zentral, dass es nachts von draußen schon mal lauter werden könnte. Liegt natürlich nicht an der Unterkunft!

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire vraiment disponible, chouette appartement, c’était vraiment spacieux !
Il faudrait mettre des rideaux plus épais dans la chambre car c’est très éclairé dans la rue et donc ça éclaire la chambre la nuit et aussi un tapis dans la douche car ça glisse:

Leider eignet sich die Wohnung nicht bei den aktuellen Außentemperaturen um Null Grad. ein topmodern eingerichtetes Bad wird nicht warm, da sich in der Etage darüber noch alles im Rohbau befindet. Das war zunächst nicht erkennbar. Die Heizung ist auch so gesteuert, dass sie mehrere Abschaltphasen über den Tag und die Nacht verteilt vorsieht. Dadurch wird es am Abend eher mal kälter und Nachts oder morgens um 5 Uhr schwitzt man im Bett. Die Tür zum Bad muss man geschlossen halten, sonst wird der Wohnraum nicht warm - man hat dann leider kein warmes Badezimmer am Morgen.
