Lovely and comfortable apartment
Lovely apartment on the first floor. The couch was good and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The location is not really near the city centre, nu with the e-bike you're there in minutes. The location is great for biking in the area. We were able to store the bikes in the basement.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie in Bad Neuenahr
Die Wohnung war mit allem was man braucht und ohne schnickschnack eingerichtet. Tolle zentrale Lage, fußläufig zur Innenstadt erreichbar.
Leider war die Rollade in einem SZ geschlossen und man konnte sie nicht nach oben bewegen, da kein Schalter vorhanden war. Dadurch war das Zimmer durchgängig dunkel und ein Stosslüften war nicht möglich. Ein Hängeschrank im Bad war kaputt.

Geräumig und gut ausgestattet
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie ist in einem normalen Wohnhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Parkplatz vor der Haustür.
Leider waren zwei der elektrischen Rollläden (in einem der Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer) defekt und ließen sich nicht hochfahren. Dadurch kein Zugang zum Balkon. Im Bad und in einem der Schlafzimmer hingen noch zwei offensichtlich benutzte Handtücher und in der Küche müssten wir einiges Besteck und Töpfe nachspülen, die Vormieter fleckig hinterlassen hatten.

Mooi apartement, leuk als uitvalsbasis voor de regio.
Mooi modern apartment met goede faciliteiten. Heerlijk geslapen in twee slaapkamers met goede bedden, goede badkamer en prima keuken. Mooie woonkamer, en leuk klein balkonnetje buiten. Vanaf het apartement zijn mooie wandelroutes op loopafstand, terwijl je wel midden in het dorp zit.

Gute Lage, sauber, praktisch für Kurztrip an die Ahr. Alles funktionierte gut.
Einrichtung etwas dunkel Betten waren für mich zu weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache…
