Very comfortable and welcoming with everything you need.
Very caring hosts. We were celebrating a birthday and the hosts went out of their way to make us welcome with balloons, flowers, chocolates and decorations. The apartment is really nice and modern inside with a garden. Great for families with children.

Eine große, geräumige Wohnung mit ein paar Abstrichen in punkto Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig. Im Bad gab es ein WC/Waschbecken, eine Badewanne und ebenfalls eine geräumige Dusche. Zudem gab es ein 2. WC, was bei 6 Personen sehr vorteilhaft ist.
Etwas irreführend ist die Angabe der Adresse. Dort steht Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, allerdings mit PLZ von Grafschaft. Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich in in Grafschaft-Lantershofen, ca. gute 30 Gehminuten von Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler entfernt. Somit erspart man sich zwar die Übernachtungsgebühr von 3€/Nacht, der ÖPNV ist damit aber auch nicht gratis nutzbar. Die Küche war nicht sehr sauber. Es lagen zB alte Spültücher und ein völlig verschmutzter Spülschwamm in einer noch verschmutzteren Gummihalterung herum. Der Backofen hatte lediglich eine Oberhitze und Heißluft (keine funktionierende Unterhitze), die Markierungen an den Programmknöpfen waren zudem unkenntlich. Es gab pro Person nur 1 Handtuch und keine Badetücher. Auf der Gästetoilette gab es auch kein Gästehandtuch.

Lage ist top. Unterkunft ist sehr großzügig… Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich und zuvorkommend.
